Unifying First Quantum Minerals around the world.

As a growing global company, First Quantum Minerals (FQM) needed to speak with one voice globally to many different stakeholders. We developed a global website for the multi-billion dollar, top 10 copper producing, company in the world.

Communication requirements for investors, NGOs, employees and local communities surrounding FQM’s mines differed, but were consistent in their need for clarity and consistency.

Our work entailed full immersion workshops with stakeholders and customers, user experience mapping, design and content.

My responsibilities:

Requirement Scoping, User Journeys, User Flows, Idea generation, Information Architecture, Wireframes, Design Systems, User Interface/Interaction Design.
