My responsibilities:

I spearheaded the development of Pentanet’s new website, including Requirement Scoping, User Journeys, User Flows, Idea generation, Information Architecture, Wireframes, Design Systems, User Interface/Interaction Design, and internal + external stakeholder management.
The build involved a complete redesign and branding, a new user-centric checkout process and an optimised provisioning system integrated into the new user portal, all backed by data.
