My responsibilities:

At Imminently, I've transformed the visual hierarchy and improved the overall usability of Decisively application through an iterative design process. In the past year, I've successfully gone from ideation to executing and launching features such as rule graph mode, workflow manager, debugger mode, advanced input visualisation, CRM case management, descriptive mode features and much much more. By collaborating closely with the CTO, project manager, and development lead, we brainstorm and prioritise ideas using a double-diamond approach. Our staging environment allows for rapid implementation and user feedback, enabling me to deliver high-fidelity, user-centric designs that enhance the overall experience.
