KPI Reporting Platform

Over the last twenty years, our client has become a global leader in delivering healthcare solutions in any setting, particularly remote, challenging, or under-resourced.

The project aims to build an efficient and comprehensive KPI reporting platform tailored around the client’s unique operating model to enhance performance monitoring and evaluation. The platform will empower employees across the organisation to record their progress against contracts in alignment with corporately defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). By providing a user-friendly interface, the platform will streamline the data entry process, ensuring that employees can effortlessly update metrics.

Imminently's Role

The collaborative process and shared expertise between the client and Imminently led to the development of an innovative, user-centric solution. - Redefined data structure to accommodate multiple use cases
-Drive informed decisions and maximise organisational efficiency and success
-Exception-based reporting for easy extraction of critical metrics

My responsibilities:

My primary objective was to simplify complexity for the client. I actively engaged with them to define their core problems and meticulously scoped all requirements, ultimately drilling down to a user-friendly solution. I crafted a clear visual hierarchy that made information and functionality intuitive and accessible. Additionally, I was responsible for all UI work, closely collaborating with both the client and internal developers to ensure the data structure seamlessly aligned with the optimal front-end solution.

The organisational data structure and permissions based on staff tier

A comprehensive visualisation of the organisational data structure, depicting hierarchical permissions based on staff tiers. The diagram clearly shows how access levels and data privileges are structured according to each role within the organisation. Brainstorming and collaborating closely with the client and developers, I worked to identify and define exception-based data, ensuring it surfaced appropriately, with the right timing and visibility, to meet user and system needs.

Various types of reports required distinct reporting cycles KPI measurements determined by staff tier, data inputs, aggregated information, and external permissions.
